Fees for a routine eye examination vary from $52 to $101 

The higher fee includes a visual field screening and an optomap (retinal imaging)

Fitting fees for Ortho-K:  

Spherical low to mid-powers and low astigmatism                                                             $1500

Higher powers, farsightedness and moderate to higher astigmatism                           $1800

Multifocal                                                                                                                                          $2500

Cost of materials are $429 , $650 and $950 respectively

  

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with the results of the Ortho-K procedure, we will refund 100% of the fitting fee within the first three months and 50% of the fee between 3 and 6 months.
